Sean Wyld


Sean brings together a background in IT and web development with a unique insight into online consumer behaviour, online strategy and search marketing.

Sean graduated university with an honours degree in Information Technology after completing his thesis on calculating website return on investment for small to medium sized enterprises. He then spent 3 years with Yahoo WebHosting by assisting companies develop a presence online.

Sean spent the next 3 years as Google’s Industry Manager for Local & Classifieds where he was responsible for growing the understanding and use of online marketing within the recruitment, real estate, directories & classifieds, local services, dating and fast food industries in Australia. During this time he consulted on search marketing to a range of businesses including online market leaders such as Seek,, Yellow Pages & RSVP. He has also helped drive the digital strategy for large traditional companies such as LJ Hooker, Pizza Hut & Michael Page Recruiting and regularly presented at a range of industry events.

After leaving Google, Sean founded Strategy Digital.
